Arrowhead Alignment & Automotive

I had a great experience getting my tires balanced here. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and made the entire process quick and stress-free. A special thank you to Robin at the service desk she was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was welcoming, kind, and provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. It’s hard to find a shop that combines excellent workmanship with such genuine customer care. She even gave my son a toy car to play with in the lobby area that he really loved especially with my child being on the spectrum the toy kept him occupied while we didn’t have long to wait at all for service to be finished. I highly recommend this auto center to anyone looking for honest, reliable service. I’ll definitely be back!

I have taken my car here a number of times for big and small things, and have been impressed with their professionalism and service each time. I appreciate that they are honest about costs and have told me when things truly need to be fixed or when certain things could wait, especially if it's going to be expensive. They have saved me probably over a thousand dollars over the last two years compared to what my local dealership has quoted me.

I called early in the morning in a panic. My car was shaking something awful and I needed to fix the alignment yesterday. He said no problem, I will take care of you. A couple of hours after I dropped it off he called and told me it was a completely different issue than what I thought and explained it thoroughly. I was expecting the charges to be astronomical but with my military discount, it was very reasonable! I paid over the phone and was able to pick it up after they closed. Finding a mechanic is as important as finding a dentist and when you find a good one, you stick with them. I won't be going anywhere else!

Though I'd never been here before, I'd recommended Arrowhead based on so many great reviews. Kevin and his team took great care of my set-daughter's Jeep Cherokee and literally saved her over $2k compared to the dealer quote. I ended up with a used Tundra and decided to keep it and took it to Kevin and told him to do whatever was needed to get it back in shape. Again, Kevin honestly saved me thousands. Really, he's like having a great doctor that you can trust!! Highly recommended!

Great, honest service. We've followed Kevin for over 20 years, starting when I was a teenager and my mom was a single mother. Kevin and everyone else at Arrowhead Automotive are trustworthy and genuine. They won't scam you; they're honest about what needs to be done immediately for function and safety vs. what should be done eventually so you can plan. They work with you as much as they can and go out of their way, like offering rides. They know how upsetting it is to need their services and they do their best to be supportive and professional. Prices are posted and are comparable for the industry. All prices are explained upfront and I have never had them do any work without express permission to do so beforehand. For my husband's inspection this month, Kevin asked if we wanted an oil change if it was needed and we said sure, but with him working from home, we didn't think it would be needed. We were pleasantly surprised at pick up that it wasn't needed and we had saved a little money. They didn't just do it without permission to make an extra buck. I'll never trust anyone else with our family's vehicles.
